Project Summary:
175 West 60th Street stands 48 stories and 533 feet tall, with 256 units in total. The building will be visually prominent on the Upper West Side’s relatively short skyline; the new Fordham-adjacent cluster will add significant density to the immediate vicinity, which has long been under-utilized.
- CCJV’s scope consisted of Soil and Rock Excavation / Concrete Button & Underpinning SOE, Rock Tiebacks / Concrete Foundations.
- Excavated approximately 7,000 tons of Soil and 5000cy of Rock. Installed 150 tons of Rebar and 1300cy of Concrete.
