Project Summary:
- The project consists of a 70-story residential development situated on a 27,500 sf lot on Billionaires’ Row south of Central Park in Manhattan, New York.
- CCJV’s scope consisted of support of excavation, earth and rock excavation, foundation concrete, permanent rock anchors.
- Excavated approximately 12,000 cy of earth and 38,000 cy of rock. Installed approximately 1,350 tons of rebar and 7,500 cy of concrete.
- Drilled and installed 142ea permanent rock anchors.
- Chopped and blasted rock adjacent to multiple landmarked buildings.
- Poured multiple foundation mats up to 8’ thick and perimeter foundation walls 50’ high.
- Managed multiple subcontractors to efficiently and safely complete the project (on time or ahead of schedule).
