Project Summary:
- The project consists of a 12-story mixed use building with a total of 133,250 GSF
- CCJV’s scope consisted of excavation, underpinning, concrete buttons, and lagging, waterproofing, foundation concrete, drilled foundation piles, and superstructure concrete up to the second floor
- Excavated approximately 3,000 CY of soil. Installed 400 tons of rebar and 2,300 CY of concrete
- Drilled approximately 70 ea 9 5/8” diameter piles with 112.5 ton capacity to depths of 60’
- Managed multiple subcontractors to efficiently and safely complete the project
