- This project consists of an 8-story hospital on a 2 acre lot bordered by active buildings and streets.
- CCJV’s scope consisted of excavation, foundation concrete, secant piles, soldier piles, waterproofing
- Excavated approximately 80,000 cy of soil
- Installed approximately 500 tons of rebar
- Installed approximately 6,200 cy of concrete
- Installed 450 plan LF of secant walls to accommodate excavation next to active buildings.
- Managed multiple subcontractors to efficiently and safely complete the project on time
